GESTPAL
Here you don't weigh a truck. You weigh pallets, one at a time, and deduct every sack. What's left is the goods — nothing else.
Request a quoteThe problem
You're paying for the goods. Not the wood and the sacking.
Twenty-four pallets, five hundred and seventy-six sacks: two tonnes that aren't goods. Estimated by eye, they cost you on every lot. GESTPAL weighs them and deducts them, pallet by pallet and sack by sack.
Empty pallets first
All the empty pallets go on the scale in one go. That's the pallet tare — actually weighed, not guessed.
Every pallet, its own count
Loaded pallet on the scale, sack count entered. The line's packaging tare works itself out: sack count × unit sack weight.
The net lands
Net without packaging = total gross − total sack tare − pallet tare. The ticket prints with the breakdown, line by line.
A weighing can wait
The next truck pulls in, the day ends, the power cuts: the weighing pauses and picks up exactly where it stopped.
Live weight, or by hand
A serial bridge reads the indicator and shows the weight live. If the scale isn't connected, manual entry stays open — work never stops.
Try it before you buy it
A simulator sends fake weights. You can watch GESTPAL run without plugging anything in.
