OzixWeight

The truck arrives and is weighed. It leaves and is weighed again. In between, OzixWeight holds everything and prints the ticket — even if the network is down.

OzixWeight weighing screen: side menu, gross weight display at 38,640 kg, fields for vehicle, driver, product, sack count and deduction, ticket preview with a net weight of 23,710 kg, and a list of trucks awaiting their second pass. The application interface is shown in French.

The problem

A figure copied by hand is a figure lost.

The operator reads the indicator, writes it in a notebook, retypes it later. Every step can introduce a gap — and on a 24-tonne truck, that gap never comes back. OzixWeight reads the indicator directly: the weight on screen is the weight on paper.

INDICATOR READING

The weight arrives on its own

Plugs into the serial port, WEBO ID226 continuous protocol. The operator types no weight: they confirm what the scale says.

NET CALCULATION

Tare and deduction taken off

Net = |Weight1 − Weight2| − SackTare − Deduction. Enter the sack count and the deduction once; the net works itself out.

TICKET

Four formats, and yours

A4, C5, A4 in triplicate, 80 mm thermal. A built-in designer lets you place your own fields and logo without calling us back.

REPRINTS

A duplicate stays a duplicate

Every reprint comes out stamped DUPLICATA. Nobody passes a copy off as an original.

ROLES

Operator, supervisor, admin

Three permission levels. The operator weighs, the supervisor checks, the admin configures. Every action goes to the audit log.

CONTINUITY

The bridge doesn't stop

Local database: weighing continues with no network. Automatic backup every 10 minutes. On a Premium licence, weighings push to MySQL as soon as the line returns.
