TracabiliteFlux

You advance money to customers, you buy across several stations, you sell to the mill on terms. Between the two ends, you need to know where every franc and every tonne is.

TracabiliteFlux screen: 2026 season with 1,482 tonnes bought, 1,316 sold and 166 in stock, balances for four buying stations, customer advances with their due dates, the path of a lot from purchase to balance, and a mill sale with the advance deducted leaving 7,220,000 CFA francs net to pay. The application interface is shown in French.

The problem

Yesterday's advance is today's debt.

Mid-season, money moves fast: an advance here, a purchase there, costs everywhere. Three months later, when it's time to pay a customer, nobody remembers what they already took. TracabiliteFlux keeps that memory — and deducts the advance from the sale automatically.

SEASONS

Every season, its own books

The season opens, runs, closes. One season's figures never mix with the next.

ADVANCES

Deducted at the sale, not forgotten

The advance paid to a customer comes off what you owe them when the goods move. Ceiling per customer, alert as the due date approaches.

BUYING STATIONS

Who bought what, on whose budget

Each buying station has its budget and its balance. You see which one spends, which one delivers, which one drifts.

COSTS

Charged to the lot, not the heap

Transport, handling, sacking: costs attach to the lots they belong to. Cost price is the lot's, not an average.

DUE DATES

The mill pays on terms, and you know it

Mill sales on cash or on terms, with their due dates and payments. What's due in, and when.

CORRECTIONS

You correct, you don't erase

Before validation, you edit. After, you post a reversing entry. The audit log keeps everything: who, what, when.
